This account update procedure is used when a merchant is requesting access to Clover Capital.

How to Request

Email hello@atlaspayments.co and include the following:

• Merchant DBA name & MID

• Requested funding amount

• 3–4 months of processing statements

• 3–4 months of bank account statements

Upon receipt of the request, the information is sent directly to the appropriate departments and typically takes 5–9 business days to process. If additional information is required, you will receive an email outlining exactly what the merchant needs to provide to complete the request.

NOTE: Once the merchant's paid 60% of their Clover Capital advance, they're eligible to apply for even more funds.

Repayment Terms

• The advance is repaid automatically through the merchant’s daily card sales

• Typical repayment rates range from 10% to 20% of the total advance

• Repayment is calculated as a fixed percentage of daily sales

NOTE: Repayment amounts vary day-to-day based on the merchant’s sales volume.
