Gift Card Management

This account update procedure is used when a merchant needs to order Clover gift cards, customize a logo for their gift card printing, or transfer gift cards to another MID.

Ordering Gift Cards

Gift cards can be ordered:

• Directly through their Clover dashboard

• Calling Clover Gift Card Support at (855) 290-7262

NOTE: Atlas Payments may alternatively place the gift card order on the merchant’s behalf. In this case, a Hardware Purchase Agreement document will be sent for e-signature using the merchant’s email address and phone number on file, and the merchant will be required to pay for the full cost of the gift cards.

Gift Card Logo Requirements

Gift card image dimensions must be 938×563 pixels. To resize a merchant’s logo for gift cards:

Email hello@atlaspayments.co and include the following:

• MID (Merchant ID) or DBA name

• Attach the merchant’s logo file

Upon receipt of the request the logo will be reused and sent back to your email the same day.

Transferring Gift Cards

In certain situations, such as a change in ownership, gift cards may need to be transferred from one MID to another. To initiate a gift card ownership transfer, contact us with the relevant merchant details.

Once the transfer is confirmed (allow one business day), complete the following steps:

1. Uninstall the gift card program from the terminal

2. Reboot the credit card terminal (wait 1-2 minutes)

3. Reinstall the gift card program on the terminal
