Each account requires a Clover software plan. This is a basic features guide of each software plan. For software pricing details, please visit our software pricing page.

Starter

This basic plan offers the ability to accept all modern payment methods including contactless payments such as Apple Pay. It is a great way to get started with Clover devices. This plan also grants access to the Clover virtual terminal for invoicing, Gateway API processing, offline payments, and more.

The Starter plan is available for the following devices: Clover Go, Clover Mini, Clover Flex, Clover Flex Pocket, Clover Compact. First device $0.00 w/ $11.95 per additional device.

Essentials

The Essentials plan introduces advanced features such as mobile payments with Clover Go, a virtual terminal with invoicing capabilities, transaction reports, order management, customer management, and basic inventory management (including modifiers) and reporting.

This is the most popular Clover service plan, and it has sufficient features for most retailers and small businesses.

The Essentials plan is available for the following devices: Clover Go, Clover Compact, Clover Mini, Clover Flex, Clover Flex Pocket, Clover Station Solo, Clover Station Duo. First device $29.95 w/ $11.95 per additional device.

Retail Growth

The Retail Growth plan is best paired with a more advanced Clover POS system such as the Clover Station Solo or the Clover Station Duo, but can be used with the Flex or Mini series of devices.

This plan is ideal for large retailers and introduces advanced inventory management, on online store and reporting features.

The Retail Growth plan is available for the following devices: Clover Station Solo, Clover Station Duo, Clover Mini, Clover Flex, Clover Flex Pocket. First device $84.95 w/ $19.95 per additional device.

Services Growth

The Services Growth plan is best paired with a more advanced Clover POS system such as the Clover Station Solo or the Clover Station Duo, but can be used with the Flex or Mini series of devices.

This plan is ideal for large service providers and introduces appointment scheduling, a customer-facing branded website and customer engagement reporting features.

The Services Growth plan is available for: Clover Station Solo, Clover Station Duo, Clover Mini, Clover Flex, Clover Flex Pocket. First device $84.95 w/ $19.95 per additional device.

Restaurant Growth

The is the most advanced Clover service plan. It offers capabilities such as table mapping, tableside ordering and payments, bill splitting options, scan to pay employee management via Homebase, and more.

The Restaurant Growth plan is available for: Clover Station Solo, Clover Station Duo Clover Mini, Clover Flex, Clover Flex Pocket. First device $89.95 w/ $19.95 per additional device. Kiosk is $34.95 per device and KDS is $25.00 per device.

Other Costs / Billing

TransArmor Encryption:

• Every Clover account includes a $24.00/month TransArmor fee, without exception.

Devices with LTE activated are billed as follows:

• $35.00/month for 1–5 SIMs

• $15.00/month per SIM for 6+

Additional Device-Specific Fees:

• Kiosk: $34.95/month per device

• KDS: $25.00/month per device
