We estimate how many people find you on Google each month from your rankings and reviews, then how many of them the problems on your site turn away, using a typical order size for your type of business. If you share your monthly sales, the estimate never goes above 3% of them. The report shows every input. It is an estimate, and actual results vary.
When we can't check something for sure, like a page that blocks automated visits, we don't count it against you. It is left out of your score instead.
